Working Food’s core programs strengthen a local food web rooted in inclusion, care, and sustainability. As 2025 comes to a close, we invite you to dream with us—to imagine a future where our programs grow and create long-lasting impact.
Our Core Programs
Giving Gardens – Cultivating growing spaces that produce food for our community, adapt seeds to our climate, provide living classrooms, and create homes for wildlife.
Youth Growing Together – Offering programs for young people to learn about, care for, and participate in our local food system—building confidence, skills, and a lifelong connection to food and community.
Local Food Connection – Partnering with farmers and the community to make fresh, local food easier to find, afford, and enjoy.
By 2028, Working Food will establish a food campus at the heart of our community. A permanent home for our organization and partners, where fresh food access, education, and seed work can grow and thrive for the long term.
